CONSTRUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS
This program given jointly by Key Bridge and Penninsula Mediation is
an instrument to interpret the results of the Conflict Dynamics Profile™ and to illustrate how the
results can be used to improve an organization. The training focuses on principles and skills required
for effective interpersonal communication and conflict prevention in the workplace.
The program includes four modules:

- Giving AND Receiving Feedback
