Increasingly managers, supervisors, and executives are asking for assistance in making decisions
involving communication and ethics. Key Bridge has developed leadership skills
and decision making programs to train employees at every level.

Courses include:

  • Ethical Decision Making

  • Introduction to Conflict Management Skills for the Workplace

  • Consensus Building in the Workplace

  • Facilitating Effective Group Discussion

CONSTRUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS

This program given jointly by Key Bridge and Penninsula Mediation is
an instrument to interpret the results of the Conflict Dynamics Profile™ and to illustrate how the
results can be used to improve an organization. The training focuses on principles and skills required
for effective interpersonal communication and conflict prevention in the workplace.

The program includes four modules:

  • Understanding My Communication and Conflict Managing Skills
  • Coaching for Performance Success
  • Collaborating for Mutual Gain
  • Giving AND Receiving Feedback


Key Bridge can customize the training to include portions applicable to any organization.
