KBF mediators and trainers are experienced in ADR processes. Our mediators are trained in facilitative and evaluative
mediation and know how to optimize the resolution to the benefit of all interests at the table.
KBF mediation training programs are designed to meet the client's specific needs. We also provide technical assistance
to training participants to help hem implement their new skills in the workplace.

KBF is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Since its inception in 1994, it has focused on delivering dispute

Our Mediators and Trainers are located around the country and represent the best the field of dispute resolution has to offer.
Each is a member of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution, and has both excellence in ADR and knowledge of fair
employment practices law. Our staff will carefully analyze your needs to resolve an existing dispute and to prevent future disputes.
Our staff and consultants have extensive experience in assessing EEO complaint resolution or prevention needs and in helping to
choose the ADR intervention that will promote high morale and productivity in the workplace. We seek early, cooperative resolution
of employment disputes.
